MMA Workout: This is a 60 minute low impact cardio workout that includes techniques from Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, and modern MMA. This class is an excellent way to learn technique and get in fighting shape with little to no contact.
The Ride: A 45 minute indoor cycling workout. This is the ultimate low impact cardio class featuring high energy music through our state of the art sound system, serious motivation, and brand new top-of-the-line Schwinn bikes. Our bikes are outfitted with Look and SPD pedals. Shoes are available to rent for $4 per session. Towels are provided free of charge.
Stretching class: This 60 minute class teaches the basics of safe and effective stretching.
Core Conditioning: This is a 60 minute class focusing on core strength using exercise balls and foam rollers.
